At the end of Day 5, I made a scrumptious dinner
quinoa
tomatos
cucumbers
chopped parsley
chopped kale
chickpeas
chicken breast
dressed with a touch of olive oil and lemon
Day 6 - Saturday. The day we have set aside to "cheat" And when it comes to it. I don't want to go overboard. I dreamed of hamburgers, steaks, omelettes and bacon all week. And now. Here is the day, 6 pounds lost and I am afraid of setting myself back. All I know is that when someone asks if I want to go to breakfast, today I can say YES!!
